This custom part is a precision CNC machined insulation fixture base plate, specifically designed for the 3C electronics and PCBA semiconductor testing industries. Made from premium FR4 fiberglass or Bakelite, this material offers excellent insulation, anti-static, and heat-resistant properties, making it a standard and reliable module for automated production line FCT (Functional Circuit Test) and ICT (In-Circuit Test) stations.

  • Anti-Error Positioning: Features a customized irregular cutout window in the center, paired with precision locating pin holes on the bottom side. This ensures a perfect one-time alignment of the PCBA board with the test probe modules, completely eliminating reverse assembly errors.

  • Component Clearance Pockets: The reverse side is machined with specific depth pockets, grooves, and stepped recesses. This perfectly accommodates protruding SMD components, capacitors, inductors, and solder pins on the back of the PCBA, preventing component crushing or damage during the pneumatic pressing process.
