Description
Our CNC Machined Diaphragm Seal Flange Body is designed for pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and diaphragm seal assemblies used in demanding process-control environments. The component is widely applied in chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food, and water-treatment industries where corrosive, viscous, crystallizing, or high-temperature media must be isolated from the measuring instrument.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel such as 304, 316, or 316L, the flange body provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term sealing reliability. The precision-machined flange features evenly distributed mounting holes for secure installation to pipelines, tanks, or process equipment, while the threaded center connection allows direct assembly with pressure gauges or transmitters.
The bottom stepped sealing surface is specially designed for welding or mounting a metal diaphragm, forming an effective isolation barrier between the process medium and the instrument. This structure protects the pressure measuring device from aggressive fluids, sediment, and contamination, greatly improving service life and measurement accuracy.
