Description

Xinqida produces high-precision spline flange plates for winding machines, motor stator equipment and automated production lines. These custom flanges offer stable torque transmission, reliable fixture installation and consistent dimensional performance during high-speed rotation.

The part features a precision internal spline for secure spindle connection. We can manufacture involute splines, custom profiles or blind internal splines. Wire EDM machining is available to achieve ultra-tight spline tolerances and excellent surface finish.

Designed with a conical hub and centering cone, it ensures high concentricity to reduce vibration. Countersunk holes enable flush mounting of winding fixtures. Relief slots and special outer contours can be added according to assembly demands.

Made from 6061/7075 aluminum, steel or engineering plastics, components support hard anodizing, electroless nickel plating and other surface finishes. As a member of our CNC Plate series, it is processed via CNC turning, milling and EDM, with tolerance up to ±0.01 mm.
