We fully support two-way confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and promise to complete the signing within one business day. Drawings are managed under strict access control and retained [for example, for 180 days] for reordering, after which they will be securely archived or deleted.

Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. For features with clear definitions, robust datum/fixturing, and a documented measurement plan, we can verify tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm via CMM. Actual performance hinges on feature type/length, material properties, and inspection conditions—sample CMM reports are available upon request.
- Prototypes: 7–10 days turnaround for common alloys and in-house finishes. Special heat-treat/finishes extend the lead time by 3–5 days.
